🛒 Ordering
1. How do I place an order on FHTrendi.store?
Browse through our collections, choose your products, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using online payment or opt for Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, but creating an account helps you track your orders and manage future purchases easily.

Cash on Delivery (COD)*
4. Is COD available for all products?
Yes, but COD orders require mandatory order verification via call or WhatsApp. Unverified COD orders will not be processed.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
5. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Online Payment Orders: 3–5 business days
COD Orders: 4–7 business days (1–2 day delay due to verification)
Delays may occur during holidays, curfews, or unforeseen events.
6. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on your registered email or WhatsApp number.
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return policy. An unboxing video is mandatory to approve the return.
8. How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at fhtrendi@gmail.com with your order details and unboxing video. For exchanges, email within 48 hours of delivery.
9. When will I get my refund?
Once your return is approved and the product is received and checked by us, the refund will be processed within 7–15 working days.
10. Are there any charges for exchange?
Yes, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 is applicable on all exchanges.
❌ Cancellations
11. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
12. What happens if I cancel frequently?
Frequent cancellations may result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to other online stores.
